REMEMBER! THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION, SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO AGREE WITH ME!!!

Hi there! Today I am going to tell you something about my wiew on the number of canine therians. The first thing, I thought about, when found this huge population of wolf therians was "Not less, than a half of them have to be a fake!". But now I think, that this is not the only reason...

Aaaaaaand... I made this list! This list shows a few reasons for why there are too many wolf therians out there. So, let's do it!

1. People love wolves, dogs, etc.

I don't say that you can not love your theriotype's species, but you know... there are a lot of people, who think, that becouse they love wolves, their theriotype must be a wolf! They also (sometimes) think, that loving animals (no matter, what species) makes you a therian. That's not true! Of course, a lot of us love animals, but our identify goes much deapper than some people can think.

2. Some therians type the wrong species as they theriotype,

becouse they don't know the right species of their theriotype/s yet. A lot of us in the beginning of their journey want to know their inner animal immediatelly, and they choose the first animal, witch they have a connection with. I know this problem, I had the same feelings after I found I was a therian. But believe me, ewerything you have to do to find your theriotype is thinking about yourself, trying to connect your behaviour with an animal, meditating, searching, and more thinking and meditating (you can only search and think about yourself to find your inner animal, but meditation can help you a lot).

3. People love an idea of werewolves!

Yeah, howling to the moon, having a long tail, paws, sharp teeth and running through the forest at night... and this secret of you, that nobody knows... sounds cool, don't you think? Yes, werewolves and wolves are cool, but it doesn't make you a canine, or a feline (werecats).  An idea of werewolves is and will be spreading out by writers, directors, animators and others. It is wery popular, so it is natural, that a lot of people, who start their journey with therianthropy, finds wolf as the most probably to have as a theriotype. Well, this is not a truth.  The % of having a canine as a theriotype is the same as any other type/species of animal. 

4. Wolves are so popular,

and it is normal, that when a person feels different and lost, he/she always needs someone, who will understood him/her. Someone, who has got the same "problem". So when a person finds him/herself a therian, he/she wants to find other therians with their species to make packs, write, share thoughts and feelings. They don't really want to be an animal, that nobody knows/ is. That's normal, but I think, that it is much better to be honest with your mind and/or soul, and be something different and rare, than to cheat yourself.

5. It is easier to become a canine (spiritually).

This is my opinion, so you don't have to agree with me at all. You can think in a different way, and that's fine. However, let's go to the topic. Canines were with humans for a long time. They were also the first animals, that people have tamed. We call dogs our best friends... I think, that becouse canines (and felines, to) are very close to humans, it is easier for them to be captured in a human's body, after they die, and it is also easier for humans to start identifing as a canine.

6. Teenagers want to be cool.

I don't want to offend any teen therian, but if you are a "therian", becouse you want to be cool, you rather become a furry or a teen werewolf, becouse impersonation is not nice to real therians.

7. Yeah, teen werewolves

are often seen by other people as therians, witch (as you know) is not a truth. Teen werewolves is a ternd of behaving like werewolves, howling to the moon and wearing collars. Therians are much more serious with their identify.

8. People think, that identify WITH, is not different than identyfy AS something.

But there is a huge difference between WITH and AS. Think about that.
